Your data, used only for what you asked.

How IYI collects, uses, shares and protects personal data under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — in plain language.

1. Who we are

This website, iyindia.online, is run by IYI (“IYI”, “we”, “us”). IYI builds data and AI products: Plateform, TalkieTrend, Vidhi, LeadX and CRADAR. For the personal data you give us on this website, IYI is the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

This policy covers this website and its enquiry forms. Each product app (for example the Vidhi app at vidhi.iyindia.online) shows its own notice for the data that app needs; that notice adds to this one.

2. What we collect

Only what you type into a form, plus what is needed to verify it and keep the form free of spam:

  • Your details: name or business name, mobile number, email address, city or area, the product or plan you are interested in, and any message you write.
  • Consent record: the time you gave consent, the page you used and its language.
  • Verification: a one-time code sent to your mobile by SMS and another sent to your email. We keep the email code only as a keyed hash for up to 10 minutes. The SMS code is handled by Google Firebase (see “Who we share with”).
  • Abuse prevention: your IP address and email are turned into keyed hashes to count how many codes are requested; these counters are deleted after 1 hour.
  • On your device: your light/dark theme choice, stored in your own browser. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

We do not ask for birth details, payment card numbers or passwords on this website.

3. Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and give you the check, demo, report or plan you asked for.
  • To confirm the mobile number and email really belong to you, and to block spam and misuse of the forms.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting duties when you buy a paid service.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. If we would like to send you newsletters or offers, we will ask for that separately.

4. Your consent

We process your details on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box on the form (Section 6 of the DPDP Act), and, where you buy a service, to carry out that request. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to care@iyindia.online. Withdrawing does not affect what was done before, and we will stop contacting you and delete your enquiry unless the law requires us to keep it.

5. Who we share with

We share data only with service providers that process it for us, under contract, for the purposes above:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website, stores enquiry records in its database and filters malicious traffic.
  • Hostinger — hosts our care@iyindia.online mailbox, which sends you the email code and sends new-enquiry notices to our team.
  • Google Firebase Authentication — sends and checks the SMS code. Google receives your mobile number and reCAPTCHA signals from your browser to stop automated abuse.
  • Google Fonts — serves the fonts on this website and receives your IP address when they load.

We disclose data to government or law-enforcement authorities only when the law requires it. Some providers may process data outside India; any such transfer follows the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified under it.

6. How long we keep it

  • Enquiry records: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
  • Email codes: up to 10 minutes, or until used.
  • Abuse-prevention counters: 1 hour.
  • Invoices and payment records for paid services: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner (see “Your rights”).

7. How we protect it

All traffic to this website is encrypted with HTTPS. Codes and abuse counters are stored only as keyed hashes. Enquiry records are kept in our Cloudflare database, and only authorised IYI staff can read them, using a secret access token. If a personal data breach happens, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.

8. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
  • correct, complete or update it;
  • erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it or for a legal duty;
  • stop processing it by withdrawing consent;
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become unable to;
  • resolve a complaint (see “Grievances”).

Write to care@iyindia.online from the email address you used, or tell us the mobile number you used so we can confirm it is you. We reply within the time the law sets. On request we will give you this notice in Hindi, Tamil or Telugu.

9. Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to care@iyindia.online and we will delete them.

10. Grievances

Contact our Grievance Officer, IYI at care@iyindia.online. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and its effective date. If the change is significant, we will ask for your consent again before using your data in the new way.
